Job Summary
Prepare and bake bakery products, stock display cases, and maintain sanitation standards while ensuring all merchandise is rotated using the first-in, first-out method. Greet and assist customers at the service counter, process merchandise according to production guidelines, and operate bakery equipment including ovens, mixers, and slicers. Write on cakes to meet customer specifications, restock supplies efficiently, and promote items on the public address system. Complete onboarding and e-learnings within 30 days of hire. Work a schedule based on store needs in an environment with varying temperatures and occasional exposure to loud noise and cleaning solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Must be able to work as a team member and interact positively with customers.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English, with the ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to work a schedule based on the business needs of the store location.
- Authorized to work within the U.S.
