Job Summary
Greet, assist, and thank customers at the service counter while offering product suggestions and maintaining a respectful, supportive, team-oriented style. Prepare, bake, wrap, and stock bakery products, ensuring rotation by first-in, first-out and adherence to sanitation standards. Process merchandise according to production guidelines, operate bakery equipment such as ovens and mixers, and maintain cooler and freezer areas. Monitor work zones for safety hazards, manage supply items to eliminate waste, and promote items on the public address system. Complete onboarding and e-learnings within 30 days of hire. Work a schedule based on store business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Must be able to work as a team member and interact positively with customers.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English, with the ability to follow instructions.
