Job Summary
Prepare and bake bakery products, stock display cases, and maintain sanitation standards in accordance with company policy. Greet and assist customers at the service counter while offering product suggestions and processing merchandise according to production guidelines. Operate bakery equipment including ovens, mixers, and slicers, and rotate inventory using first-in-first-out methods. Monitor cooler and freezer equipment, keep work areas clean and hazard-free, and restock supply items efficiently. Promote items on the public address system and notify management of security or property issues. Complete onboarding and e-learnings within 30 days of hire.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Must be able to work as a team member and interact positively with customers.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English, with the ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to work a schedule based on the business needs of the store location.
- Authorized to work within the U.S.
