Job Summary
Greet, assist, and thank customers at the service counter while offering product suggestions and maintaining a respectful, supportive, team-oriented style. Prepare, bake, and wrap bakery products according to production guidelines, then stock display cases using a first-in, first-out rotation to ensure freshness. Process merchandise, receive and unload supplies, and operate equipment such as ovens, slicers, and mixers while adhering to strict sanitation standards. Keep work areas clean, orderly, and free of hazards by sweeping floors, monitoring coolers and freezers, and reporting safety issues immediately. Promote items via the public address system and restock supply items efficiently to minimize waste. Complete onboarding and e-learning checklists within 30 days of hire.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Must be able to work as a team member and interact positively with customers.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English, with the ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to work a schedule based on the business needs of the store location.
- Authorized to work within the U.S.
