Job Summary
Provide polite greetings and interactions with all guests while performing front-end duties to maintain a "no noticeable wait" standard. Prepare products for sale through baking, weighing, and pricing, and assist in product receiving and storage. Maintain product levels, quality, and freshness, ensuring sanitation standards in the cooler, freezer, prep area, and sales area. When requested, perform cake decorating functions and announce specials and sale information on the PA system. Communicate guest requests and temperature breakdowns to management and supervisor. Keep the supply area neat, clean, and tidy at all times. Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- Friendly, outgoing personality
- Ability to work well with others
- Ability to lift 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. occasionally
- Ability to read and understand information and direction
- Effective communication, guest service and selling skills
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to bend, kneel and stand for extended periods of time
