Job Summary
Bakery Clerk role at Meijer (Part-Time, 4am start) focused on delivering exceptional customer service with product knowledge across departments (Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, Grocery). Responsibilities include building rapport with customers, answering questions, stocking products, maintaining displays to merchandising standards, using technology for tasks, and following safety/sanitation procedures to ensure quality. Requires the ability to stand long periods, lift/carry/push/pull/bend/twist, and work in a fast-paced environment while engaging customers with a friendly attitude and strong communication.
