Job Summary
Bakery Clerk at Hy-Vee: provide prompt, friendly customer service in the bakery, take orders, prepare and replenish bakery products, maintain sanitation and cleanliness, operate the department cash register, and work with team to ensure a positive shopping experience. Must meet the physical requirements (lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, etc.) and be able to handle duties in a store environment. Hourly wage starts at $13.50–$16.80 depending on experience; pre-employment drug screen required; benefits available.
Required Qualifications
- Less than High school or equivalent experience and six months of less of similar or related work experience.
