Bakery Clerk Part Time

Proof and bake all unfinished bakery goods using ovens and other equipment, unpacking freezer items and displaying proper amounts based on production charts. Package freshly baked goods including cookies, pastries, muffins, rolls, breads, pies, and cakes as needed. Rotate and store bakery products following food safety, freshness, and handling policies while receiving and inspecting shipments. Generate labels, price tickets, and perform price checks to ensure accurate pricing. Clean and sanitize equipment, display fixtures, and food surfaces including ovens and refrigerated cases. Answer member calls, take special orders, and recommend bakery items. Maintain GOLD club standards by keeping the department clean, organized, and stocked with accurate signage. Perform other duties as assigned, including working in other departments.
