Bakery Clerk Part Time

Proof and bake all unfinished bakery goods using ovens and other equipment while following product handling information. Unpack bakery goods from freezers, display proper amounts based on production charts, and rotate/store items adhering to food safety and freshness policies. Package freshly baked items including cookies, pastries, muffins, rolls, breads, pies, and cakes as needed. Gathers products for the next business day, receives and inspects shipments, generates price tickets, and ensures accurate pricing. Clean and sanitize equipment, display fixtures, and food surfaces daily. Answer member calls, take special orders, and recommend bakery items. Maintain visible accurate signage, clean organized displays, and ensure all items are stocked according to promotional plans.
