Bakery Clerk Part Time

Proof and bake unfinished bakery goods using ovens and other equipment while following product handling information. Unpack freezer items and display proper quantities based on production charts, ensuring safe handling and storage. Package freshly baked goods including cookies, pastries, muffins, rolls, breads, pies, and cakes as needed. Rotate and store products following food safety and freshness policies, checking daily for out-of-date items and managing salvage procedures. Receive and inspect bakery shipments, generate price tickets, and ensure accurate pricing. Clean and sanitize equipment, display fixtures, and food surfaces including ovens and refrigerated cases. Answer member calls and take special orders while answering questions about bakery items. Maintain cleaning standards and operate bakery equipment safely. Work in a comfortable indoor environment with exposure to temperature extremes from freezers and ovens.
