Job Summary
Proofs and bakes unfinished bakery goods using ovens and equipment, unpacks bakery goods from the freezer, and displays items per bakery production charts. Duties include rotating/storing products, decorating special orders, packaging baked goods (cookies, pastries, muffins, breads, pies, cakes), inspecting shipments, ensuring items are fresh and properly priced, cleaning and sanitizing equipment and surfaces, and maintaining safety standards. Works as part of a team to deliver Gold Club standards and responsive member service, answering questions, taking special orders, and supporting club policies. Requires 18+ and willingness to work in a bakery/retail environment with occasional lifting; compatible with part-time schedules.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Experience working in a bakery or customer service oriented environment preferred
- Knowledge of bakery products preferred
