Bakery Clerk Part Time

Proof and bake all unfinished bakery goods using ovens and other equipment, unpacking frozen items and displaying proper quantities per production charts. Package freshly baked goods including cookies, pastries, muffins, rolls, breads, pies, and cakes as needed. Gathers products for the next business day, rotates and stores items following food safety and freshness policies, and receives bakery shipments. Generates labels and price tickets, performs price checks, and checks for out-of-date products daily. Cleans and sanitizes equipment, display fixtures, and food surfaces, and operates bakery equipment per safety procedures. Answers member calls and takes special orders while maintaining GOLD member standards.
