Bakery Clerk

Job Summary
Support bakery operations by providing excellent customer service, stocking and displaying bakery items (bread, cookies, pastries, cakes, cupcakes), taking custom cake and bakery orders, labeling and packaging products, maintaining cleanliness and safety, and assisting with setup and stocking as needed. Requires 18+ years old, friendly demeanor, ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment; no formal degree required. Benefits include Daily Pay option, medical benefits (full-time), 401(k), and on-the-job training. Locations: Excelsior Springs, MO (US).
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Basic math and communication skills
- Food service or retail experience preferred but not required
- Physical requirements: ability to stand for long periods (4–8 hour shifts), frequent lifting, etc.
