Job Summary
Provide exceptional guest service by greeting customers, answering phone calls, and handling special requests for custom bakery orders. Assist guests in locating specific items, package products with care, and maintain quality standards while minimizing waste. Manage stock levels by replenishing displays, rotating inventory to ensure freshness, and removing outdated items in compliance with food safety protocols. Maintain cleanliness of work areas and shelves, adhere to safety policies, and perform other duties as needed to support the team. This part-time role in Oshkosh requires standing for most of the shift and offers flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Customer Focus: Ability to deal tactfully and effectively with guests and all personnel
- Communication Skills: Good oral and written communication skills
- Safety Awareness: Complete understanding of all safety requirements and company safety policies
- Standing for extended periods of time (80% of time)
- Lifting up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis (20% of time)
- Frequently near moving machinery (50% of time)
- Occasional exposure to extreme temperatures (20% of time)
