Receiving, preparing, and fulfilling guest orders including phone and cake requests, while addressing concerns and resolving issues. Maintain freshness by inspecting and rotating items, adhering to food safety logs, and packaging and pricing products appropriately. Replenish bakery displays, manage inventory levels, and contribute to department cleanliness by organizing work areas and shelving. Help guests locate favorite products and ensure team commitments are honored through collaborative support during shifts.
