Bakery Clerk Full Time

Proof and bake unfinished bakery goods using ovens and other equipment, unpacking freezer items and displaying products according to production chart recommendations. Package freshly baked goods including cookies, pastries, rolls, and pies while rotating and storing inventory to maintain food safety and freshness standards. Receive, inspect, and store bakery shipments, generate price tickets, and answer member calls for special orders. Clean and sanitize all equipment, display fixtures, and food surfaces daily. Ensure accurate pricing and check for out-of-date products, following salvage policies as needed. Maintain a safe, positive environment and support club policies and procedures.
