Job Summary
Proofs and bakes unfinished bakery goods by following product handling information using ovens and/or other equipment; unpacks bakery goods from the freezer and displays proper amounts based on bakery production chart; maintains cleaning and safety standards within the bakery; answers questions and recommends bakery items; handles special orders; decorates items; rotates and stores bakery products, and ensures items are fresh and properly priced; inspects shipments and maintains safety, quality, and store standards; works as part of a team to deliver GOLD club standards and excellent member service.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Experience working in a bakery or customer service oriented environment preferred
- Knowledge of bakery products preferred
