Job Summary
Proof and bake unfinished bakery goods using ovens and other equipment, unpacking freezer items and displaying proper quantities based on production charts. Package freshly baked goods including cookies, pastries, rolls, and cakes, while rotating and storing products according to food safety and freshness policies. Receive and inspect bakery shipments, generate price tickets, and ensure all items are accurately priced and meet quality standards. Clean and sanitize equipment, display fixtures, and food surfaces daily. Maintain club policies, escalate member concerns, and support the application of compliance procedures.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Regular, predictable, full attendance
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in a bakery or customer service oriented environment preferred
- Knowledge of bakery products preferred
