Job Summary
Bakery Clerk responsible for packaging, labeling, and pricing bakery products; stock maintenance and product quality control through date checks, appearance, and storage temps; assist bakery personnel with preparation, packaging, labeling, and displaying; promote product sales via suggestive selling; operate equipment (bread slicer, commercial oven) and maintain clean, safe store environments; provide friendly, customer-service oriented assistance by greeting customers and taking orders; flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays; must read/calibrate scales and work well with teammates; required to be 18+ and hold a Food Handler certification; typically-on-the-job training.
