Bakery Clerk

The Baker’s Helper assists with dough preparation, glazing pastries, and baking tasks from start to finish. Works alongside the Bakery Sales Manager to plan the day’s production, gather ingredients, and follow recipes with accuracy. Tasks may include icing baked goods, monitoring oven temperatures, and ensuring products meet quality standards while providing courteous, helpful customer service and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a strong focus on delivering a positive customer experience in a fast-paced bakery environment.
