The Baker’s Helper assists with dough preparation, glazing pastries, and baking tasks from start to finish. Works with the Bakery Sales Manager to plan daily production, gather ingredients, and follow recipes with accuracy. May apply icing, monitor oven temperatures, and ensure products meet quality standards. Provides courteous customer service, offers product information, answers questions, and maintains a clean, organized workspace.
