The Baker’s Helper assists with daily bakery operations including preparing dough, glazing pastries, and supporting baking tasks from start to finish alongside the Bakery Sales Manager. Responsibilities include gathering ingredients, following recipes, applying icing, monitoring oven temperatures, and ensuring product quality. Provides courteous customer service, offers product information, answers questions, and maintains a clean, organized workspace.
