Job Summary
Prepare raw materials, form, cut, and bake dough while following receipts and mixing instructions. Ensure products are merchandised with proper signage and rotate stock using the First-In-First-Out method. Unload deliveries, stock shelves, and refill items to meet customer needs. Handle expired products, wrap items for customers, and perform demonstrations to drive sales. Greet customers, answer questions, and provide samples. Process check-outs accurately and maintain a safe working environment by coordinating with the Maintenance Department. Control department assets and comply with safety codes.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to follow instructions and procedures
- Working knowledge of the baking process
- Available for flexible scheduling to meet department needs
- Good customer service skills
- Good time management skills
- Good interpersonal skills and willingness to work as a team
- Standing for extended periods
- Good manual dexterity for the use of processing equipment such as cutter or labeling
- Ability to lift 30 lbs or more with appropriate equipment
- Night Shift: 10:00 PM - 5:00 AM
