Job Summary
Deliver exceptional customer service by building rapport, responding to questions effectively, and maintaining friendly eye contact. Stock products and keep displays according to merchandising standards while utilizing technology to complete tasks. Follow safety and sanitation procedures to ensure quality service and products. Work in fast-paced environments across Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, and Grocery departments, demonstrating the ability to lift, carry, and stand for long periods while troubleshooting issues as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, bend, and twist while handling product
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Strong listening and communications skills, face-to-face and virtually
- Willingness to learn or existing familiarity with job-specific technology
- Problem-solving competence and eagerness to troubleshoot when necessary
