Job Summary
Prepare dough, glaze pastries, and assist with baking tasks from start to finish. Apply icing to baked goods, monitor oven temperatures, and ensure products meet quality standards while gathering ingredients and following recipes with accuracy. Provide courteous service to customers, offer product information, answer questions, and maintain a clean, organized workspace. This role supports the Bakery Sales Manager in planning daily production. Candidates must be 18 years old or older.
