Provide friendly, efficient service, ensure department standards and sanitation, coordinate with bakery manager on displays and weekly ads, and prepare/finish wedding cakes on site while shaping daily production schedules. Demonstrates up-to-date cake designs, guides coworkers as a lead worker, and helps maintain a clean, organized bakery area while handling multiple priorities in a store environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school or equivalent experience and six months or less of similar or related work experience
- Ability to do arithmetic calculations involving fractions, decimals, and percentages
