Job Summary

Prepare and display bakery products, ensuring freshness, rotation, and neat presentation for customers. Write on cakes, ice, decorate, tray, package, label, and price items for refrigerated cases. Fill special orders, including custom wedding cakes, and assist with delivery and setup. Operate bakery equipment such as mixers, ovens, and slicers while maintaining high sanitation standards and rotating stock using first-in-first-out methods. Greet customers, answer questions, and offer product suggestions to drive sales. Receive and unload bakery products, restock display cases, and monitor cooler and freezer equipment. Promote items on the public address system and complete onboarding e-learnings within 30 days of hire.

Required Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age.

Ability to work a schedule based on the business needs of the store location.
