Job Summary
Prepare and display bakery products by icing, decorating, and packaging cakes to meet customer specifications. Write on cakes, fill special orders including wedding cakes, and assist with delivery and setup. Operate bakery equipment such as mixers, ovens, and slicers while maintaining high sanitation standards and rotating stock in freezers and coolers. Greet customers, respond to inquiries, and sell products at the service counter. Receive and unload bakery product, stock display cases, and promote items on the public address system. Work a schedule based on store needs and complete onboarding within 30 days.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must be able to work as a team member and interact positively with customers
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English, with the ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work a schedule based on the business needs of the store location
- Authorized to work within the U.S.
