Job Summary
Provide exceptional service to all clientele while maintaining, cleaning, and keeping proper signage in the Bakery Deli Department. Assist with cleaning, filling display tables, and wrapping product, rotating and pulling merchandise as needed. Follow all safety guidelines, reporting any missing or non-functional equipment, and comply with company policies including dress code and name tag requirements. Complete all required training for the Bakery Deli Department and stay updated with the latest training and knowledge while communicating with other departments. This medium work requires good vision, hearing, and the ability to lift 60 lb. boxes, use knives, and work on floors that sometimes become slippery.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 60 lb. boxes on occasion
- Must be able to exert 25-60 lbs. of force frequently
- Must be able to exert 10-20 lbs. of force constantly
- Must have dexterous use of both hands
- Must be able to stand and move about to various workstations
- Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull items
- Must be able to use knives and other sharp instruments utilized in the preparation of food items and/or removing product from boxes
- Good, corrected vision
- Good, corrected hearing
- Ability to stoop
- Ability to kneel
- Ability to reach
- Ability to work on floors that sometimes become slippery
