Job Summary
Provide exceptional service to all clientele and maintain a clean, organized, and full Bakery Deli Department. Assist the Bakery Deli Manager with cleaning, filling display tables, wrapping product, rotating, and pulling merchandise. Follow all safety guidelines, company policies, and dress codes while completing required training. Handle lifting 60 lb. boxes and use knives and other sharp instruments for food preparation. Requires good vision, hearing, and ability to stand, kneel, and work on floors that sometimes become slippery.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 60 lb. boxes on occasion
- Must be able to exert 25-60 lbs. of force frequently
- Must be able to exert 10-20 lbs. of force constantly
- Must have dexterous use of both hands
- Must be able to stand and move about to various workstations
- Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull items
- Must be able to use knives and other sharp instruments utilized in the preparation of food items and/or removing product from boxes
- Must have good, corrected vision
- Must have hearing
- Must have the ability to work on floors that sometimes become slippery
