Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer service by making memorable connections with guests while baking bread, decorating cakes, and preparing drinks. Cross-train across departments including Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar to support store management in delivering an uplifting atmosphere. Adhere to all company policies, enforce Health Department regulations, and maintain ServSafe certification. Be on time for scheduled shifts requiring moderate physical activity, including lifting up to 50 pounds and nearly continuous standing. Weekend and holiday availability is strongly preferred. Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or higher
- Acceptable verbal English communication skill
- Excellent work ethic
- Teamwork concepts
- ServSafe certified
- Available to work at least 20 hours a week
- Weekend and holiday availability
- Must be at least 18 years of age to apply
- Sufficient strength to perform duties including moderate lifting (up to 50 pounds), walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and squatting
- Ability to work in unusual elements including extreme temperatures of coolers and freezers
- Ability to work nearly continuous standing and walking
- Ability to perform repetitive hand motions and reaching overhead
