Job Summary
Bake, fry, decorate, package, display and stock bakery products; follow production schedule (80% of time); price, date, wrap and/or bag bakery products; rotate and merchandise bakery shelves, cases and displays; notify Bakery Manager to order products and supplies; assist in receiving and stocking merchandise; maintain knowledge of all products and their differences; handle spoiled/damaged items per guidelines; maintain a clean, attractive, well-stocked department; follow PPE, safety, and food-safety guidelines; may be assigned tasks in other departments as needed.
