Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer service by making memorable connections with guests and delivering service beyond expectations. Execute job-specific duties including baking bread, decorating cakes, and making drinks while adhering to Health Department regulations and ServSafe certification standards. Cross-train across departments in Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar operations to support the store management team. Maintain an uplifting work atmosphere through teamwork and follow all company policies. This role requires moderate physical activity, nearly continuous standing, and weekend/holiday availability. Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or higher
- Acceptable verbal English communication skill
- Excellent work ethic
- Teamwork concepts
- ServSafe certified
- Available to work at least 20 hours a week
- Weekend and holiday availability
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Sufficient strength to perform duties including moderate lifting (up to 50 pounds), walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and squatting
- Ability to perform nearly continuous standing and walking
- Ability to perform repetitive hand motions
- Ability to reach overhead
- Willingness to work in unusual elements including extreme temperatures of coolers and freezers
