Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer service by making memorable connections with guests and delivering service beyond expectations. Execute job-specific duties including baking bread, decorating cakes, making drinks, and operating the POS system. Cross-train across departments covering Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar operations. Adhere to all company policies, Health Department regulations, and ServSafe certification requirements while maintaining strong organizational skills and teamwork. Work moderate physical activity involving continuous standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and repetitive motions in an environment with extreme temperatures. Available for at least 20 hours weekly with weekend and holiday availability strongly preferred. Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or higher
- Acceptable verbal English communication skill
- Excellent work ethic
- Teamwork concepts
- ServSafe certified
- Available to work at least 20 hours a week
- Weekend and holiday availability
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Sufficient strength to perform duties including moderate lifting (up to 50 pounds), walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and squatting
- Ability to perform nearly continuous standing and walking
- Ability to perform repetitive hand motions
- Ability to reach overhead
- Willingness to work in unusual elements including extreme temperatures of coolers and freezers
