Job Summary
Prepare baked goods, breads, pastries, pies, rolls, and muffins while managing fresh inventory and operating ovens and proofers. Set up displays, wrap products, and take orders to provide exemplary customer service. Comply with company policies, state, federal, and OSHA safety and sanitation regulations regarding food handling and quality. Work in a fast-paced environment with varied temperatures, lifting up to 50 lbs, and maintain regular attendance. Requires high school diploma, 0-1+ years bakery experience, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma preferred
- 0-1+ years' experience in Bakery
- Microsoft Office proficient
- Ability to be work in varied temperature environment due to working with ovens and freezers
- Ability to be in a stationary position and/or move about for various intervals
- Ability to utilize the phone (requiring auditory and verbal senses)
- Ability to utilize computer and packaging equipment for various intervals (requiring finger dexterity/visual acuity)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Regular and predictable attendance
