Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer service by making memorable connections with guests and delivering service beyond expectations. Execute job-specific duties including baking bread, decorating cakes, making drinks, and operating the POS system. Cross-train across all departments including Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar. Adhere to company policies, Health Department regulations, and ServSafe certification requirements while enforcing safety standards. Work moderate physical activity involving lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, and walking in environments with extreme temperatures. Maintain punctuality for scheduled shifts, with availability for at least 20 hours weekly and weekend/holiday coverage strongly preferred. Required Qualifications
- Weekend availability
- High School diploma or higher
- Acceptable verbal English communication skill
- ServSafe certified
- Available to work at least 20 hours a week
- At least 18+ years of age
- Sufficient strength to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position including moderate lifting (up to 50 pounds), walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and squatting
- Nearly continuous standing and walking
- Repetitive hand motions
- Reaching overhead
- Exposure to unusual elements including extreme temperatures of coolers and freezers
