Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer service by making memorable connections with guests and delivering outstanding service through teamwork. Execute job-specific duties including baking bread, decorating cakes, making drinks, and operating the POS system. Cross-train across all departments including Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar while adhering to Health Department regulations and ServSafe certification standards. Work hard and have fun in a fast-paced environment requiring moderate physical activity, including lifting up to 50 pounds and nearly continuous standing. Required Qualifications
- Weekend availability
- High School diploma or higher
- Acceptable verbal English communication skill
- ServSafe certified
- Available to work at least 20 hours a week
- At least 18 years of age
- Sufficient strength to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position including moderate lifting (up to 50 pounds), walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and squatting
- Nearly continuous standing and walking
- Repetitive hand motions
