Job Summary
Bake, decorate, and separate high-quality pastries while maintaining a clean, healthy work environment. Perform daily operations including filling, baking, and inventory management to meet 85°C standards. Cross-train across Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar departments while enforcing Health Department regulations and ServSafe protocols. This role requires moderate physical activity, nearly continuous standing, and weekend/holiday availability. Required Qualifications
- Weekend and holiday availability

- Acceptable verbal English communication skill
- Enforce Health Department Regulations and be ServSafe certified

- Employees must have sufficient strength to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position including moderate lifting (up to 50 pounds), walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and squatting
- This position requires nearly continuous standing and walking, repetitive hand motions, and reaching overhead
- Employees may be exposed to unusual elements including extreme temperatures of coolers and freezers
