Job Summary
Prepare, bake, decorate, assemble, or separate bakery products according to company recipes and quality standards. Measure, mix, and finish items while following established procedures, then monitor quality throughout production. Decorate cakes with precision, separate and organize finished goods for distribution, and maintain a clean, sanitary work area. Operate and maintain bakery equipment, assist with inventory rotation, and cross-train to support other storefront departments. Arrive on time for scheduled shifts, follow all food safety regulations, and work collaboratively with store leadership. Early morning, weekend, and holiday availability is strongly preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to speak and understand conversational English
- Ability to obtain and maintain a ServSafe Food Handler Certification (where required)
- Availability to work at least 20 hours per week for part time employees, 32 hours per week for full time employees
Desired Qualifications
- Weekend Availability Preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous bakery, cake decorating, food production, restaurant, or kitchen experience preferred
- Passion for creating high-quality bakery products

- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
