Job Summary
Prepare, bake, decorate, assemble, or separate bakery products according to company recipes and quality standards. Measure, mix, and finish items while following established procedures, then monitor quality throughout production. Decorate cakes with precision or separate, organize, and package finished goods for distribution. Maintain a clean, sanitary work area and operate bakery equipment safely. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and Health Department regulations. Assist with inventory rotation, support other departments, and collaborate with store leadership. Arrive on time for scheduled shifts and work efficiently to meet daily production schedules.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to speak and understand conversational English
- Ability to obtain and maintain a ServSafe Food Handler Certification (where required)
- Availability to work at least 20 hours per week for part time employees, 32 hours per week for full time employees

- Weekend Availability Preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous bakery, cake decorating, food production, restaurant, or kitchen experience preferred
- Passion for creating high-quality bakery products
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistency

- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Early morning, weekend, and holiday availability is strongly preferred
