Job Summary
Bake, produce, and package breads, bagels, sweet treats, and other baked goods. Provide customer service and answer questions while maintaining fresh, appealing displays by keeping cases and aisles clean and well-stocked. Follow proper stocking, rotating, and merchandising techniques to ensure freshness. Help unload daily deliveries and stock cases, displays, and backroom coolers with new and existing inventory. This part-time role at Wegmans Food Markets in State College, PA, supports our bakery department's mission to deliver comfort and happiness through exceptional food.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be available for multiple opportunities
- Must be able to bake, produce, and package baked goods
- Must be able to provide customer service and answer customer questions in a timely manner
- Must be able to keep cases and aisles clean and well-stocked
- Must be able to follow proper stocking, rotating, and merchandising techniques
