Bakery Assistant

Maintain the overall appearance of the bakery department by ensuring fresh product levels are sustained and items are stocked in correct, eye-appealing displays. Proactively approach customers to assist them in locating products, provide meal solution suggestions, and answer questions about bakery items. Understand product quality at peak perfection and utilize production guides, job aids, and core recipes to ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes. Assist in ordering and inventory processes using order guides to control inventory and shrink. This role requires full-time availability across morning, afternoon, evening shifts including weekends, with a pay range of $17.50 to $18 per hour.
