Job Summary
Bake, produce, and package breads, bagels, sweet treats, and other baked goods. Provide customer service, answer questions, and maintain fresh, appealing displays by keeping cases and aisles clean and well-stocked. Follow proper stocking, rotating, and merchandising techniques to ensure freshness. Help unload daily deliveries and stock cases, displays, and backroom coolers with new and existing inventory. This part-time role at Wegmans supports the bakery department's mission to create a hub of comfort and happiness through exceptional food and a people-first approach.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be available for multiple opportunities
- Must be able to bake, produce, and package baked goods
- Must be able to provide customer service and answer customer questions in a timely manner
- Must be able to keep cases and aisles clean and well-stocked
- Must be able to follow proper stocking, rotating, and merchandising techniques
- Must be able to help unload daily deliveries and stock cases, displays, and backroom coolers with new and existing inventory
