Bakery Assistant Team Leader

Direct and manage Bakery Department team members, overseeing training to reduce turnover and control labor costs while adhering to the Collective Bargaining Agreement. Execute all Bakery Manager functions in their absence, including ordering raw materials, tracking inventories, and calculating gross monthly profit to maximize store sales and minimize shrink. Implement merchandising initiatives that meet internal and external customer requirements, maintain an accident-free work environment, and ensure alignment with company policies. Work daily store hours to support equipment usage and complete tasks as needed.
