Job Summary
Lead daily bakery operations and support the store manager by delivering outstanding customer service and assisting customers with product selections. Train, coach, and motivate team members while managing inventory, merchandising, and product presentation to drive sales through promotions and displays. Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards are maintained, resolving customer concerns professionally. Requires previous leadership or supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
