Job Summary
Prepare dough, glaze pastries, and assist with baking tasks from start to finish while gathering ingredients and following recipes with accuracy. Apply icing to baked goods, monitor oven temperatures, and ensure products meet quality standards. Provide courteous service to customers by offering product information and answering questions, while maintaining a clean, organized workspace. This role supports the Bakery Sales Manager in planning daily production.
