Job Summary
Baker’s Helper assists with day-to-day bakery operations including preparing dough, glazing pastries, monitoring oven temperatures, and supporting baking tasks from start to finish. Works alongside the Bakery Sales Manager to plan the day’s production, gather ingredients, and follow recipes with accuracy. Provides courteous customer service, answers questions, shares product information, and maintains a clean, organized workspace. Candidates should enjoy a fast-paced environment, take pride in consistent results, and demonstrate teamwork, reliability, and a focus on customer experience.
Required Qualifications
