Apply icing to baked goods and provide courteous service to customers by offering product information and answering questions. Maintain a clean, organized workspace and plan the day's production alongside the Bakery Sales Manager. This role requires a balanced appreciation for both the creative and technical sides of baking within a fast-paced environment.
