Follow the Always Fresh procedure to ensure products are fresh and accurate, adhering to shelf life standards. Deliver consistent customer service by maintaining an appealing showcase with proper product selection and executing service recovery for guest concerns. Support speed of service targets by working efficiently to fill orders in the restaurant and drive-thru. Prepare all products while minimizing waste, monitor inventory, and submit order quantities. Clean and maintain the production area, regularly taking temperatures and recording data in the Time & Temperature Log. Follow all operations standards, sanitation guidelines, and occupational health and safety legislation, including proper hand washing and equipment safety. Report any injuries, accidents, or unsafe conditions to management. Must be 16 years of age or older.
