Follow the Always Fresh procedure to ensure products are fresh and accurate, adhering to shelf life standards. Maintain an appealing showcase with minimum quantity and variety standards while delivering consistent customer service through friendly attitudes and the S.E.T. Principles. Execute service recovery for complaints by listening to concerns and apologizing as needed. Prepare all products to minimize waste, monitor fridge and freezer inventory, and submit order quantities. Assist in serving guests, fill orders for speed of service targets, and take temperatures of products and equipment. Clean and maintain the production area, support a clean environment for rush periods, and follow all sanitation guidelines. Work in compliance with occupational health and safety legislation, wear required PPE, and report any injuries or unsafe conditions to management. Must be 16 years of age or older.
